This is a unique variety.
Vidiano is an indigenous Cretan variety. It was neglected and almost had become extinct but due to the tireless efforts of the winemakers came back to the frontstage.
Vinification: Pro-fermentive skin contact. Classic white by selected fermentation at 17oC.
Tasting notes: Unique apricot aroma, rich body, transfixing buttery taste. These elements make Vidiano the rising diva of the Cretan Vineyard.
