Another biodynamically grown by Apostollos Thymiopoulos. In addition, this wine is NATURE, which means that it doesn't contain sulfite. Xinomavro Nature has a bright ruby color with some glints of orange. The intense aromas of vanilla, caramel, wood and ripe red fruits make the difference. Medium bodied with sleekly, fine tannins, which are blend harmoniously with the acidity of Xinomavro. Minerality adds interest to long lasting spicy and refreshing aftertaste. Better decant it before enjoying and and watch it unfold it's highly complex character.
