White dry wine 'Psithiros' is a grape variety of Chardonnay & Vidiano. It is a rich buttery wine with aromas of tropical fruit,citrus and sweet vanilla tones.

Dry White Wine made from selected white varieties of Chardonnay 80% and Vidiano 20% that are cultivated in vineyard on an altitude of 500m at the region of Siva of Municipality Palianis in Heraklion Crete. This blend exhibits a distinctive richness of aromas and offers a balanced mouth feel with a long finish. It is vinified with pre-fermentation cold maceration followed by low temperature fermentation. The wine pairs exceptionally well with Greek cusine,roasts and poultry.
