Local Cretan Dry Red Wine made from selected red varieties of Kotsifali, Liatiko and Merlot that are cultivated in vineyard at the region of Siva of Municipality Palianis in Heraklion Crete. The blend of three local grape varieties exhibits a dark red colour and complex clean aroma of red fruit and caramel with light overtones of spices and vanilla.It is a well structured wine with intense flavour and a long finish. The wine pairs with red meat, grilled fillets and cheeses.
