The red wine of the Magoutes Vineyard label is dry, has high acidity, enough tannins and intense aromas. An excellent wine that goes well with stews that have tomato in them, such as braised veal, giuvecchi and stew. It also accompanies excellent beef steaks. Avoid fish as the tannins don't help at all and the result is a strong fishy and metallic taste. Served at 15-20°C.
