O/purist is the project of 10 top Greek bartenders (Marfi Bali, Christos Chouseas, Alexandros Gikopoulos, Kostas Ignatiadis, Dimitris Kiakos, Aris Makris, Yiannis Petris, Thodoris Pyrillos, Thanos Prouraros, Nikos Tachmatzis) with a vision to produce a new tsipouro, an exquisite distillate for the modern bar scene and the foundation for creating exceptional signature cocktails.
The proceeds will be donated to non-profit organizations for the benefit of local communities, responsible alcohol consumption, and the bartending community.
