Gin from the Hokkaido island of Japan, with a distinctive floral and spicy character. It contains extracts from herbs of the Japanese flora, such as tea leaves, yuzu, lemongrass, and licorice. It is enjoyed with tonic but also neat with ice and added mint leaves.
